What are the salient features of single-head encrusting & co-extruding machine?
1. The 3 Hoopers

Function independently for single color products or could be used simultaneously to producing products with 2 casing & one filling or one casing & 2 different colors.


The Forth

Hoppers is an extra hopper designed to fill the encrusted products with very liquid fillings such as liquid chocolate or liquid marmalade. (Semi liquid filling are producible with 3rd hopper).


2. Co-Extruding System

is designed to produce co-extruded products and filled bars (fig bars, date bars...) and products are cut to the desired length with pneumatic cutter.


3. The Pneumatic Stamping

has two system; 1-simple stamping just on top of the products 2-separate conveyor to stamp products completely on top & edges. They system includes element heating and jack system. ( The speed is controlled by PLC.)


4. The Twisting System

is designed to produce encrusted cookies with filling & twisted bars with filling. There is another shape producible with similar system; a co-extruded bar is produced with diffferent fillings and there is a rope shape dough.


5. The Wire Cutting Sytem

is designed on the same machine where the shutters are stopped and different nozzles are placed to shape wire cut cookies.


6. Center Filled Breads

filled with nuts and (mixture) of marmalade / dates / chocolate / vegetables / meat / chicken with special diaphgram shutters (e.g.open top shutters).


7. Device for Producting Round & Oval Shaped Products

with various mixtures for filling (ground meat/vegetables) with special conveyor for the oval shape with tips.
