Equipments:

All motor and electrical parts are of international standard from famous interna- tional brand or Chinese brand. As important equipment of full-automatic wafer production line, tunnel baking machine has extraordinary outstanding performances with the main characters as follows:
1. Unanimous heat colors of water block. Scientific selection of heating compo- nents, superior material selection for baking plate and reasonable die carrier structure.
2. High rate of certified products with finished product rate of not less than 98%: uniform heating and unanimous heat colors, high biscuit demoulding rate.
3. Small cubage. As a result of reasonable layout, the body length of the baking oven is only 2/3 of the same type of product, which saves space greatly.

Wafer Baking Oven

1. Tunnel Baking Oven

Oven has a good metal insulation structure, beautiful appearance, equipped with batter inject system, gas heating system, gas leakage alarrm system, baking plate transmission and connection device. Burners with high energy-saving combustion technology, greatly improve the utilixation rate of combustion. Double baking room insulation structure, making the baking plates in the upper and lower heating more efficient, and furnace temperature more uniform.
1) The oven adopts double furnace chamber structure, making internal chamber heating more effective, the outside mechanical part, the batter volume, ignition control, etc.
2) Gas system components adopt products at home and abroad: whole line bearings are high temperature bearing from SKF German; motors are from SEW.
3) Baking plate adopts the grey cast iron which has long service life, utilizes the best of heat energy, making wafer sheets color even. Meanwhile it has a waste cleaning device.

Wafer Cooling Tower

Cooling tower rovides natural aor cooling for water sheet before going to cream spreading, lower temperature prevents wafer sheets become crunchy, avoid damage in the same pace with wafer baking oven, shortens the transportation distance, extend the period of air cooling, bridge design is convenient for production workers to walkthrough.

Wafer Sheet Picking Machine

By using two photoelectric switches located on both sides of conveying belt to detect whether wafer sheets are in full corners. According to recognition accuracy, it can automatically collect defect wafers by sending them down to the collection place.

Wafer Cream Spreading Machine

This machine is used for water cream spreading, the equipment is suitable for a variety of materials (such as cream, chocolate, cheese sauce). Cream roller smears cream evenly on the wafer surface. Cream thickness could be adjustable and cream hopper has a heating device. Keeping the cream temperature (2-3 creaming heads could be chosen as per client’s demand).

Wafer Cutting Machine

Wafer Distribute Machine
