Application Scope :

Applicable for rice cake, biscuits and other reguler shape, large capacity products. it can be connected with the biscuit processing machine to feed the products automatically and continuously, to achieve two or more pieces of laminated packaging.

Main function & structure characteristics :

1. Rice cake automatic feeding & packing line includes the separating conveyor, vibrating feeder, multi belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, biscuits feeder and automatic packing machine. it can be seamlessy connected to the biscuit processing machine. By the drive of vibrator and conveyor, the products are conveyed stably and orderly to the biscuit feeder, realize, two or more pieces of laminated packaging, to achieve continuous production, high speed, greatly reduce the labor intensity.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180-125 bags/min. Depends on the size of the product and the characteristics of the package fi­lm.
3. Power supply 220V 50Hz, total power is about 28KW (fi­ve lines as drawing).
