Application :

While bags come from upstream VFFS or HFFS, and before loading into a case, they have to be put into a big premade pouch in certain pattern. Conventionally, this is done by manual. The Pouches Collation Machinemakes it fully automatic. Those are done in one machine automatically.

Servo driven :

High speed servo with profinet communication, fast and stable.

Aligned nicely :

Bags are all aligned in the collation pouch in desired pattern. The pouch is tight and compact.

Flexible in bag size :

One machine for different pattern and different sizes of pouches. Format parts change in few minutes.

Option 1 Bypass conveyor :

Weight & length control for pouches before enter a Pouch Collation Machine. Unqualified pouches will be rejected.

Option 2 Bag length contol :

There is a detection before the bags enter a Pouches Collation Machine to reject the ones with too short or to long in bag length.
