Characteristics

The equipment adopts butterfly pot body, which is mainly composed of pot body, air in take, tipping, stirring, frame ans so on.
The pot body is all made of SUS304 stainless steel, with six mixing heads, and the outer pot body is welded with an exhaust port.
The air intake part is composed of a universal ball head and a pipeline. The tilting past is composed worm gear, handwheel and bearing seat.
The stirring part is composed of motor, cycloid pinwheel reducer, planetary stirring device or bracket, extension shah, connecting sleeve, support seat for pulp blade and so on.
In the frying process, the material is stirred evenly, the bottom scraping effect is good the heating area is large, the sauce hot pot base material is cooked, and the cooking time is shortened.
No need for manual frying, pot tilting, hydroulic control, automatic unloading. The use of back concentrated exhaust gas, safe operation, stirring head in the pot rotation, speed can be variable frequency speed regulation.
