Double baking room insulation structure, making the baking plates in the upper and lower heating more efficient, and furnace temperature more uniform.
1) The oven adopts double furnace chamber structure, making internal chamber heating more effective, the outside mechanical part, the batter volume, ignition control, etc.
2) Gas system components adopt products at home and abroad: whole line bearings are high temperature bearing from SKF German; motors are from SEW.
3) Baking plate adopts the grey cast iron which has long service life, utilizes the best of heat energy, making wafer sheets color even. Meanwhile it has a waste cleaning device.
